  • Our team is led by a highly qualified BACP psychotherapist who has a acquired a wealth of experience working with some of the most vulnerable groups in society.

    Specialising in neuroscience for children & young people and has spent the last 10 years working with children with SEMH and additional learning needs.

    Further exposures have been gained by working with both women’s refuges and charities supporting some of Leicestershire’s most vulnerable people. As well as experience of pre-trial client work and working with children at risk of Sexual Exploitation.

  • By using a trauma informed approach, we ensure that the children in our care receive the therapy that is tailored to their individual needs identified. The core of our practice being person centred theory – putting the client at the heart of what we do and ensuring everything we do is for their beneficence. Registered as a CPCAB tutor we can help train your staff to be therapeutic in the care they provide and will be on hand to assist.

    We also offer counselling to your employed staff in line with an Employee Assistance Programme should you wish to use this service.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) may be the most well-known or familiar type of therapy. However, this therapy isn’t suitable for people with more complex mental health needs or people with additional learning needs. CBT requires conformation to the persons fears and anxieties our therapy applies 3 core conditions (along with many others) offering unconditional positive regard, congruence and empathy with the aim being that the client builds a healthy relationship to learn and grow from, where therapeutic change can occur.
